Scope before payment

Focused checks for observable store and product-data problems.

The pilot covers evidence MerchantProof can inspect safely. It is not a complete audit of every Shopping policy or regulated-product rule.

Outside the pilot

Cases we cannot accept

Illegal, counterfeit, deceptive, prohibited, dangerous or heavily restricted goods
Regulated sectors such as weapons, drugs and tobacco, pharmacy and healthcare, finance, gambling, adult, political or sensitive-event products
Malware, compromised stores or active security risks
Marketplace-only sellers, or stores that are private, inaccessible or not functional enough to inspect
Linked Google Ads suspensions, private identity verification or cases dependent mainly on hidden Google account history
Evidence fabrication, guaranteed outcomes, review submission or requests outside the diagnostic scope

We stop unsupported cases before payment wherever they can reasonably be identified. If a case is discovered to be unsupported after payment, processing stops and it enters the refund-review workflow.

Dropshipping or third-party fulfilment is not automatically excluded. The business, products and customer-facing information must still be lawful, transparent and verifiable.

Unsure whether your case fits?

The qualification flow checks the clearest exclusions immediately and routes ambiguous scope for written review.
